Borobudur

The world’s largest Buddhist temple, located in Central Java, Indonesia. Built in the 9th century during the Sailendra Dynasty. Consists of nine stacked platforms topped by a central dome, with over 2,600 relief panels and 500 Buddha statues. A UNESCO World Heritage Site and a symbol of Indonesia’s cultural and spiritual heritage. Draws pilgrims and tourists worldwide, especially during Vesak Day celebrations.
