Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien Mosque

An iconic mosque in Bandar Seri Begawan, completed in 1958 and named after Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien III (“Architect of Modern Brunei”). Features a golden dome, Italian marble, and stands in an artificial lagoon with a ceremonial royal barge. One of Southeast Asia’s most beautiful mosques.
